Monthly plans can usually be cancelled before renewal; annual plans are prepaid and most auto-renew. Check the billing page before buying, and turn off auto-renew while you test.

Most do, to different depths. Memory depends on the plan: longer context costs more. Put permanent facts in the persona or memory field and ask for recaps on long stories.
Which AI girlfriend has voice calls?
Candy.ai had the most natural voice calls in our tests (token-paid). JOI offers video calls via Neurons; SpicyChat has only basic text-to-speech.
Can an AI girlfriend send photos?
Eroplay AI, JOI and Candy.ai generate photos and video on paid plans; Crushon AI and SpicyChat offer images on paid tiers without video. Generated characters are always fictional adults.
